Promotion details
  • A complimentary Visa Signature Golf Gourmet single 3-course set menu with beverage crafted by Chef upon successful Golf booking at any participating Golf Gourmet club across Vietnam and payment made with a valid Visa Signature card.

10% off public price for Golf short games at any participating Golf Short games when paid by a valid Visa Signature card

Eligible customers

Public Bank Vietnam Visa Signature cardholder, card in active status.

Booking Conditions
  • All Golfers who make reservation must be Visa Signature cardholders. Accompanying Golfers might be qualified for the privilege if they are with holders of the Eligible Cards.
  • Offer is available for weekdays and weekends with no blackout dates.
  • The next reservation shall be confirmed once the current booking has been utilized.
  • Customer shall make full advance payment (green fee, buggy fee, caddy fee) using the PBVN Visa Signature Card at time of reservation

Booking Period

Booking shall be made 1 day in advance for best arrangement.

Key Booking Process
  • Reservation must be made via Visa Vietnam Concierge Hotline or email*. Reservations made through third-party websites/apps or directly with participating Golf clubs are not eligible for the privilege.
  • Accompanying Golfers who are not holders of the Eligible Cards or not with holders of the Eligible Cards shall make reservation directly with participating Golf clubs at the public rate advised by the Golf clubs.
  • Acceptance or change of reservation is at the sole discretion of participating Golf clubs and subject to availability.
  • The Offer is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, and in-house offers

Booking Distribution
  • Total monthly quota is set at 360 for Visa Signature Golf Gourmet, renewed every month.
  • Once Golf Gourmet quota per month is fully exhausted, preferred Golf fees shall be offered.
  • No per month cap is applied for Golf Short games.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation or amendment shall be made at least 72 hours prior to the confirmed reservation and is subject to policies of participating service providers.
  • No refund shall be allowed if the cancellations are made less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking.
  • No rain check is supported.
  • For confirmed reservations, amendment shall be made up to 2 times maximum.

Visa Terms and Conditions:

- All queries and/or complaints shall be referred to the participating Golf clubs.

- List of participating Golf clubs may be amended without prior notice.

- The goods and services the Visa Cardholder request or otherwise choose to obtain through the Visa Concierge Service are provided by various third-party service providers unrelated to Visa. Visa does not endorse, review or qualify these service providers and makes no representations or warranties (either express or implied) about, and assumes no responsibility or liability for these service providers or the goods and services that may be obtained through Visa Concierge Service. Cardholders are responsible for the cost of any goods or services purchased by the Concierge Service on the Cardholders’ behalf. Cardholders are responsible for ensuring that their appointment is within the testing window in line with their destination country’s requirements. Due to the changing nature of COVID-19 pandemic, and high demand for testing, Visa shall not be responsible for delays in testing results or demand issues related to PCR test supplies.

- Privileges cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programs, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.

- Visa & the participating Merchant reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Offer and Terms & Conditions at anytime without prior notice.

- Offers as shown are based on information provided by the Merchant. Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.

- In the case of any dispute, the decision of Visa shall be final.

- For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services and/or prizes under this Offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services and/or prizes under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the Merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
