Notification alert to ensure the safety of bank account

Dear Valued Customers,

Recently, with the increasing of financial transactions, especially the Online transactions, the fraudsters have constantly had more and more sophisticated ways to trick people with scam activities to appropriate financial assets of victims.

In view of the above, Public Bank Vietnam (PBVN) wish to alert you and give you some advices on the below in order to keep your bank account safe:

Register SMS banking service to be immediately updated the account balance changes
Create a high secure password by using a combination of alphabets, numbers and symbols. Remember to change your password regularly or in case your password may leaked out
Register smart OTP verification method for E-banking transactions
Always update the latest security alerts periodically shared by PBVN via email, website and PB Engage VN application
Only access PBVN’s official website at address:

  - https://ebank.publicbank.com.vn

Do not disclose any personal information relating to E-banking and OTP for any caller even if the scammer claims to be a bank employee
Do not click to any suspicious link send via SMS/email/social network like Zalo, Facebook, etc.
Do not perform transactions on public and high-risk devices or strangers’ computer, phone, etc.
Do not automatically save your E-banking passwords on any devices or web browsers
Do not use the same password for E-banking and email or accessing to social network account
