Public Bank Vietnam officially launches Fund Transfer using QR code

Dear Valued Customers,

From 15/11/2023, the function of Fund Transfer by scanning QR code has been deployed on Mobile Banking application – PB engage VN in order to bring more convenience to your daily banking transactions.

With a simple operation by scanning QR code, fund transfer becomes easier than ever, not only brings convenience but also enhance transaction security. Besides, this feature helps customers avoid to enter transactions manually, as well as shorten transaction execution time, thereby promote non-cash payment habits.

+ Instruction for Fund Transfer using QR code in Mobile Banking application – PB engage VN:

• Step 1: Log-in Mobile Banking application – PB engage VN
• Step 2: Select “QR service”
• Step 3: Point the camera at a QR code to scan or select a QR code image from your smart device
• Step 4: Enter the transaction information including amount and description and Select “Continue”
• Step 5: Enter OTP code to complete the transaction

+ Instruction for creating VietQR code for 24/7 Napas Fund Transfer in Mobile Banking application – PB engage VN:

• Step 1: Log-in Mobile Banking application – PB engage VN
• Step 2: Select “QR service” and select “Create QR code”
• Step 3: Decide whether or not to enter the transaction information including amount and description, then select “Create QR code”
• Step 4: Select “Save QR code” and then send the VietQR code or share “Share QR code” to receiver
