Warning about illegal access E-banking account

Dear Valued Customers,

Recently, Hanoi City’s Public Security recorded many cases of property appropriation through the way installing “E-GOVERNMENT’’ on impersonation of state agency website.

Specifically, after successful installing the “E-GOVERNMENT” application, the scammers require customer log in e-banking account for paying the service fee.

At this time, the scammers access customer’s e-banking account illegally for implementation of money transfer transaction or settle online savings account and overdraft loan to another account for appropriation purpose.

To avoid the above tricks, kindly be noted the following:

• Carefully check the official and legal feature of websites or link which are accessed/ used.
• Do not provide personal information and banking account in case of have not verified the original of websites which are accessed yet.
• Do not allow your bank accounts, cards and e-banking account to be used by the third parties.
