• Beware of fraudulent calls and messages: PBVN do not ask for your password through phone calls or emails; PBVN also do not send SMS or email messages containing hyperlinks to any websites.

• Verify contact information: Please use only official PBVN contact information published on our website or at our Branches/Transaction Bureaus for any banking-related inquiries.

• Report suspicious activities immediately: If you receive any suspicious requests, please contact PBVN immediately for assistance.
