Public Bank Vietnam (PBVN) would like to advise you to be cautious of recent impersonation and fraud schemes related to updates of administrative boundaries.

To protect your personal information and assets, please follow these measures:

• Do not click on suspicious links or install unknown software to update your information.
• Do not disclose your personal or sensitive information (such as images of your ID card, Citizen Identity Card, username, passwords, OTP codes, etc. of E-banking services) to anyone, including bank staff.
• Do not make any transfers before verifying the identity of the beneficiary.

PBVN suggest that you stay alert for calls and messages requesting information updates, and regularly check for the latest fraud-related notice on PBVN’s website.
