Notification on Automatic Suspension of Mobile Banking service for customers who have not logged in to PB Engage VN application within the last 6 months

Dear Valued Customer,

From March 2026, the Bank will implement a new policy to automatically suspend Mobile Banking service for customers who have not logged into PB engage VN application within the last 06 months.

Kindly maintain regular login and usage of the application to avoid any interruption to your service.

In the event that your service has been suspended, please refer to the instructions sent to your email address, contact our Customer Service at Hotline 1800 1198, or the instruction below:

Step 1

Open the PB engage VN application, select [Login]

Step 2

On the Login screen, enter the Web Internet Banking Username

Step 3

The application will display notification requiring customer to activate the Mobile Banking service, select [Activate]

Step 4

Read the Terms and Conditions and click on [Agree]

       

Step 5

Enter the Web Internet Banking Username, Password and Verification code. Then click on [Continue]

Step 6

Enter the OTP authentication code sent to the mobile phone number registered with the Bank

Step 7

Select default payment account. Then click on [Continue]

Step 8

The system prompts successful activation notification. Select [Login] to proceed to the Login screen
