- Customers who make each bus ticket payment transaction with NAPAS PBVN Lifestyle Debit Card at POS on successful VinBus routes will receive 01 bus ticket equivalent to 01 chance to draw the prize. Passengers withhold this bus ticket as proof of winning.

Terms and conditions:
1. Specific conditions, methods and procedures that customers must implement to participate in the promotion:
- The number of lucky opportunities of 01 customer is unlimited.
- Prizes are not allowed to be exchanged for cash.
- Each NAPAS cardholder can only receive 01 single prize during the program.
2. Proof of winning:
On each bus ticket, there is a unique ticket number recorded on VinBus's system, drawing code is randomly generated by system.
- Tickets in Hanoi have 15 characters including letters and numbers, starting with the letter E and 14 characters followed by random numbers.
- Tickets in Ho Chi Minh City have 13 characters including letters and numbers, starting with the letter D and number 4, and the following 11 characters are random numbers.
- A valid bus ticket is a ticket that is printed directly to passengers when completing the ticket purchase with NAPAS PBVN Debit Card on VinBus electric bus.

Time, place and method for drawing:
1. Time of determining winner:
- Phase 01: Lucky draw on 25/11/2022 applies for tickets paid from 20/10/2022 to 20/11/2022.
- Phase 02: Lucky draw on 26/12/2022 applies for tickets paid from 21/11/2022 to 20/12/2022.
2. Method of determining the winner:
By the end of each phase, the Organizing Committee randomly draws prizes on 25/11/2022 for the first phase and 26/12/2022 for the second phase of the program.
3. Method of organizing lucky draw:
- How to determine the winning code: The list of eligible customers for participating in the lucky draw and the ticket code is put into the software for random drawing. The winning customer is the customer whose ticket code coincides with the results announced at the lucky draw ceremony.
- Conduct a total of 36 spins, with each winning batch will be drawn 18 times corresponding to the number of prizes, respectively in the order of The Third Prize, Second Prize, First Prize with the number of 30 times, 04 times, 02 time corresponding to the number of prizes in each batch.
4. Time, place, method of notifying winners:
The winning results will be announced on official channels such as VinBus website https://vinbus.vn and official Facebook fanpage of VinBus and NAPAS and will be sent by VinBus email (lienhe@vinbus.vn) notifying the winners on 25/11/2022 and 26/12/2022 corresponding to the two lucky draws.
In addition, VinBus Customer Care Call Center (1900 866 663) contacts the customer's phone number using card registration to directly notify the winner to the customer (up to 03 times within 05 working days from the announcement of the winning results).
Time, location, method and procedure for awarding prizes:
1. Award location: Customers directly come to receive rewards at the award location in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. For winners in Hanoi, customers come to receive prizes at NAPAS headquarters - 16th, 17th and 18th Floors, Pacific Place Building, 83B Ly Thuong Kiet, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. For winners in Ho Chi Minh City, customers come to receive prizes at the Representative Office of Vietnam National Payment Joint Stock Company – Room 908-909, 9th Floor, Saigon Tower, 29 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Method of awarding prize: The prize will be awarded according to tile, not exchanged for cash.
2. Award procedure:
- Upon receiving the winning notification, the Customer provides VinBus with the following personal information:
• Confirm the prize by responding to the winning notification email from VinBus (lienhe@vinbus.vn mailbox) within 10 working days;
• In case the winning customer confirms the prize when notified by VinBus Customer Care Center (1900 866 663), the switchboard will record the call as proof of confirmation of the prize.
• The information of the identity card/ citizen identity card/ passport matches the information registered when making the card.
• Personal Tax ID information for VinBus will support the collection and payment of personal income tax on behalf of customers in accordance with the law.
- At the time of receiving the bonus, customers need to present the following documents as a dossier of information to receive promotions:
• A printed copy of the notification of winning results via email sent by VinBus to customers;
• The original or certified copy of citizen identity card/ passport in accordance with the information provided to VinBus for comparison;
• Customers are not authorized to receive on behalf of others.
- In case the winning customer fails to present the above documents, VinBus reserves the right to refuse to award the prize:
• Responsibility of the winning customer for expenses incurred when receiving the prize, irregular income tax: The winning customer will be responsible for paying personal income tax in accordance with current laws. VinBus will assist in collecting and paying personal income tax on behalf of customers in accordance with the law, based on the information of citizen identity card and/ or personal tax code of customers at the time of receiving the bonus. In case the customer does not agree to pay personal income tax, the customer is considered to refuse to receive the prize and VinBus and NAPAS have the right to refuse to award the prize to the customer.
• The winning customer transfers the portion of personal income tax that the customer must pay in accordance with the law (if any) to VinBus Company and provides a screenshot of this transfer as a confirmation of the transfer at the time of receiving the bonus, which is part of the promotion receipt information file. In case the Customer does not provide a complete information on receiving promotions in accordance with the program regulations, VinBus and NAPAS have the right to refuse the award to the customer due to insufficient information to award the prize.
• If the customer cannot be contacted due to the customer's change of phone number, email address confirmed in the winning list, resulting in the inability to contact the customer to award the prize and/or the inability to perform the award, VinBus and NAPAS will not be responsible for any complaints from the customer.
• The deadline for awarding prizes to winning customers is 45 days from the end of the promotional period.
3. Responsibility for disclosure:
- VinBus is responsible for fully announcing the detailed content of the promotion rules, the value of each type of prize on the main information channels such as https://vinbus.vn/ website, Facebook fanpage of VinBus and NAPAS and VinBus application in VinID application.
- VinBus will fully notify the above list of winners such as https://vinbus.vn/ website, Facebook fanpage of VinBus and NAPAS and VinBus application in VinID application and send email, or call to notify the winner directly.
Other terms and conditions:
- Winning customers must bear all costs incurred to receive the prize (if any) such as accommodation, travel expenses and irregular income taxes as prescribed by law.
- With the consent of the winning customer, VinBus will use the customer's name and image to use for commercial advertising purposes.
- The organization of the promotion must ensure objectivity, transparency and fairness.
- In the event of a dispute related to the program, the dispute will be resolved on the basis of the agreement, if no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the current law.
