The scammers, posing as staff members of financial institutions and banks, engage in communication with customers, directing them to access fraudulent websites and install counterfeit applications to execute online loan procedures on mobile devices.
To avoid the above risks, kindly be noted the following: • Only check information, policies of our Bank through official channels. • Contact to the PBVN Customer Service Hotline or go to the nearest PBVN Branch/Transaction Bureau in the case of receiving notifications or correspondences suspected fake. • Cross-reference the details provided on the website listed in the Ministry of Information and Communications’ registry of fraudulent website called tinnhiemmang.vn. • Notify the Ministry of Public Security authorities in case of any fraudulent attempts to acquire property to receive timely assistance remedial procedures and facilitate investigation.
