- (*) Note:
- For Vietnamese citizens, according to Law on Identification No. 26/2023/QH15, all Identity Card with 9 digits, 12 digits are no longer valid from 01/01/2025 and must be replaced by valid Chipped Citizen ID Card/Chipped ID Card with 12 digits.
- For foreign customers residing in Vietnam, identification documents include: Passport and valid entry visa/visa-equivalent documents/proof of visa exemption.
- For foreign customers not residing in Vietnam, identification document is passport.

- SUSPEND online transactions (debit transactions/withdrawals, payment of bills, top up) and transfer via ATM (from 01/01/2025)
- Transactions via counter (if identification document is valid) and withdrawals via ATM remain normal

- If identification documents of representative by law, chief accountant/ accountant in charge expire, all payment/withdrawals transaction of the account shall be SUSPENDED (from 01/01/2025).
- If identification documents of authorized persons expire, all transactions performed by such persons shall be SUSPENDED (from 01/01/2025).
- To collect biometric data of legal representatives of Customers performing online transactions before 01/07/2025.
