Cardholders of NAPAS PBVN Lifestyle Debit Card in active status.
Cashback up to 30% (500,000 VND)* for invoices from and above 100.000VND. It is applicable to individual payment for public services on the National Public Service Portal by NAPAS PBVN Lifestyle Debit Card for services including:
• Public services for citizens: payment of fees, administrative procedure fee, declaration and payment of personal taxes; voluntary social insurance and health insurance by household; payment of taxes and stamp duty fees on land and property;
*Note: Cardholder is only able to avail promotion maximum twice a month.
