SBV approves Public Bank Vietnam to increase Chartered Capital to 7,000 billion dong

On 10^th December 2024, State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued the Decision No. 754/QĐ-TTGSNH on amending the chartered capital stipulated in the License of Public Bank Vietnam Limited (PBVN).

Accordingly, to amend the chartered capital amount stated in Article 2 of the License for establishment and operation of a 100% foreign-owned bank No. 38/GP-NHNN dated March 24, 2016 issued by the SBV Governor to PBVN as follows:

“Article 2. The chartered capital of Public Bank Vietnam Limited is: VND 7.000.000.000.000 (in words: Seven trillion Vietnamese dongs).”

This Decisions takes effect from 10^th December 2024, replacing Decision No. 1482/QD-NHNN dated July 04, 20219, issued by the SBV Governor and is an integral part of the License for establishment and operation of 100% foreign-owned bank No. 38/GP-NHNN dated March 23, 2016 issued by the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to PBVN.
