Eligibility

Vietnamese citizens and foreign individuals aged 15 years and above (For foreign individuals, to provide documentation confirming residential status)

1. Ease of opening an account (personal or joint) with an initial deposit of VND50,000 or USD10
2. Easy access to your account through any PBVN branches/transaction bureaus, ATM or e-banking
3. No account opening fees
4. Minimum account balance to be maintained at any one time is only VND50,000 or USD10
5. Available in multiple currencies including VND, USD, EUR, SGD, GBP, JPY, AUD and HKD, etc.
